The world of science and its communication formats tend to create a specifically coded sphere separated from the general public. »Symposion« connects the typical science event with elements of an experimental happening. Stimulated by special textiles and upholstery elements, an exchange between the participants occurs in variable sitting and lying positions. The dialogue is nurtured - much like in the classical symposia of antiquity - by drinks and small dishes. For this purpose, objects made of glass were designed to encourage communication.
